Leadership & Growth Powered by Partnership
"What I value most about The Elevé Prelude is the space itself – the rare opportunity for leaders to step into a room where there is no judgment, no expectation to perform, and no need to have all the answers. Having lived in that seat myself, I know how rarely that weight lifts. Inside their own organizations, CEOs are constantly watched, measured, and relied upon. Here, leaders can speak freely, explore uncertainty, and think out loud without concern for perception or consequence. The insights come naturally, but the real value lies in the release that happens when leaders are finally allowed to be human, thoughtful, honest, and present – in the company of true peers. That freedom is powerful, and it’s rarely found elsewhere."

This room was designed for a specific kind of leader
The Elevé Prelude is the right environment if you're:
-
A founder or CEO running an organization with real complexity — people, revenue, decisions that ripple
-
Operating without a peer who truly understands the weight of your role
-
Carrying a significant decision you haven't been able to think through clearly
-
Ready to be as honest with your peers as you need them to be with you
-
Willing to contribute — not just receive — in a room of equals
Every unanswered question is a reason not to apply.
Is there really no cost?
There is no registration fee, no ticket price, and no upsell at the event. The Elevé Prelude is fully hosted –meals, facilitation, and materials are covered. We believe the value of the room speaks for itself.
Who else will be in the room?
Each session is limited to 15 executives. We curate for comparable responsibility and scale – not industry, not revenue tier. You'll be in a room with peers at your level from different sectors, so the dialogue stays honest and free of competitive overlap.
Is this a sales pitch for coaching or membership?
No. The Prelude is a standalone experience. We do offer ongoing peer advisory and fractional leadership services through The Entrepreneurs Boardroom – but nothing is presented, pitched, or sold at this event. Leaders who want to continue often do. That's their choice to make.
What's expected of me?
Presence and honesty. Come prepared to share what you're actually navigating, not a polished version of it. The value in this room is created by every person in it. We ask only that you contribute as generously as you'd want others to.
How confidential is it?
Everything shared in the room stays in the room. All participants agree to a Chatham House standard before the session begins, meaning insights and ideas can be discussed, but nothing is attributed to individuals outside the group.
What does "application required" mean?
NWe review each application individually to ensure the room is appropriately balanced. We look for comparable scale, a genuine challenge you're navigating, and a demonstrated willingness to engage as a peer. Accepted participants are contacted within 48 hours.
The right room doesn't come around often.
If you're navigating a decision that deserves more than a solo walk around the block, and you're ready to sit in a room with peers who understand what that weight actually feels like, we'd like to meet you.
The application takes under four minutes. Seats are limited to 15 per session.
The Entrepreneurs Boardroom is where high-performing leaders stop playing defense and start steering their business toward intentional, measurable growth.
